This text may also be used to further one's pursuit of college credits through the Institute of Logistical
Management (ILM), the successor to The Academy of Advanced Traffic. The ILM is providing Distance Learning courses on logistical management,
two of which use the first edition of "Transportation, Logistics and the
Law" text to teach "Transport Law I and II". In addition to the 550-page text, weekly quizzes and a final exam are used to enhance the students' comprehension of the subject matter in the text. Students that succeed in passing ILM courses will
earn college credits that may be transferred to Degree-Granting Colleges
and Universities throughout the U.S., including the University of
Phoenix, the largest degree-granting educational institution in the U.S. They may also be certified as a Certified Logistics Practitioner
(CLP).
ILM has been in existence for 80 years and is the oldest
Logistics Distance School in the World. ILM currently has students on 5
Continents worldwide, and their client list reads like a "Who's Who"
